Rappelz Pserver, what do u need?

Hello fellas,

can someone answer me a few questions:

whats a good place to rent a server, for running a rapplez pserver?
(what equipment should be good for a good smooth server, lag free, ram, cpu etc.)

where do i get, server files, old files new files, custom files?

whats about the illegality to run such a server ?
