(Question)This guy is scammer?

(this is a question) Turrano#6189 (group assassins chairs)(He changed his name now is Zed
# 5680) added this guy to discord, where he had a group where he had nothing, no information, no videos or buyer receipts, I wanted to pay by paypal but soon he sent me to a Russian bitcoin website kind of forcing me to pay for there, when i showed him the points he didn't want to accept via paypal, have you seen this guy anywhere here? I saw his post but I think he deleted it ... do you know if he is a scammer? or is it just a bad dealer?

If he redirects you to a Russian bitcoin site I wouldnt buy anything from him.

Youre not allowed to accuse someone as Scammer here, so I would just suggest you to block him and never trade again with him.

I'm not accusing anyone, I came here to answer questions, if someone has negotiated with him before, his text interpretation is bad.

No I dont meant that you are accusing him, I mean nobody can tell you if he is a scammer or not because even with proof youre not allowed to talk about this, know what i mean? xd
