Hey guys! Is there any other provider that has the feature of modded xp? (1000x) that isn't ring 1?

No. Other providers know how risky of a feature it is. Nobody will add it until it can be done safely, but TAC appears to stat check now, so it’s unlikely anyone else will.

Ring-1 doesn’t care because they’re on ban wave #2 in less than a month and people are still buying licenses, so there’s no need for them to protect their base. There’s still a demand.
