How to patch game.exe to bypass Shaiya ES

In many times I've seen people talks for a "Patch" for game.exe, so my question is, the game.exe of Shaiya ES can bypass using a patch?

If the reply is "Yes", how I can do that?

How are you so sure that "p-server" is owned by Gamigo ? I'm not sure why they would do such a thing. They already own the official server. Why would they run another server and put their main one out of business. Isn't it more likely that the DEV got his hands on the server files via a contact inside Gamigo or something like that.

Because, when Privatservers got popular for another Game ( Last Chaos, owned by Gamigo )
a Server named Eternia Games popped up too. At that point it was the only
Privatserver always having all newest updates ( like official servers ) but with
Privatservers settings. As soon as Gamigo baught Aeriagames / Shaiya,
Eternia Games Privatserver popped up here too.

Might be a coincidence, either way kinda weird.
