I have been always capable of making trades easly until the last month, recently when i tried to buy an account with my Paypal Balance i've realised that i can no longer convert my balance to another currency and i've found out why:

Since i live in Brazil i can't actually buy accounts with "£". So i'd like to know what are my options, i would really appreciate your opinions.
PS: Paypal is the only method for me since i always use it's balance when i'm about to buy an account. I've already tried it using a VPN it does not work.
