can anyone plz help

What my Problem is:
Whenever i double click my gunz icon, nothing pops up. the only thing i see is the hourglass by my mouse cursor for about a second and then that disapears as well.

What I've tried:
-Scanning for viruses
-asking Maximina (moderator of technical issue board on gunzonline forums.
-rebooting
-reinstalling

How I came here:
Well i have posted my problem on the gunzonline forums, onrpg forums, and on this other forum, each about a dozen times, but noone seems to help me. it seems i am the ONLY one with this problem.

You see when i used hotfix 5.1 back in the old patch in december, my gunz worked but now, i emailed maximina (founder of hotfix) and he would not make a new hotfix (6.1). he suggested i find a gunzrunnable.

What do I want?:
All i want to know is how to fix my problem before resolving to a gunzrunnable. Plz help me, i havent played gunz for 3and a half weeks.. feel my pain. :cry:

Hmm have you enaugh RAM?? Some time ago i had the problem with other games because i had not enaugh ram

i have 1024 mb RAM
i play on a laptop
my videocard is a ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600 (With 64mb since it is for a laptop)
my mothercard or w/e is a AMD ATHLON 64 3400+

Hmm have you installed a runnable before that changed the system.mrs??

well i havent downloaded a runnable yet. im wondering if the runnable will fix my problem.

Hmm try the runnable that i post because now i have the same error but with the runnable i can start

well rite now gunz is down? correct?

hmm... lucky you im here!! LOLZ ok... i have this problem before and thankfully ive figure it out how to fix this SH*T so here we go...

-Make sure your the Administrator of your computer
-go to add/remove program then find the Gunz icon then remove it
-make sure all of the files that came from MAIET has been deleted(just double checked if there still MAIET folder on programfiles then just delete it)
-download the full client of gunzonline AGAIN click -> [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] <- and the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
-after its done downloading run the installer and so on.....
-then the manual patch and save it to Gunz folder
-now go to folder where you put the Gunz folder usually c:/ProgramFiles/MAIET/Gunz
-open Gunz.exe then it should work like GunzLauncher.exe
