Ribot(Ibot) error.

Installed all the thing,except framework 3.5,when im trying to open the install file,nothing happens nvm.
Im at ultimate windows 7,32 bit.
IDEAS?

donwload and put on your /system32

I cant even install it,its not exe file.Or have i to install it?
EDIT:Oh right,i replaced that thing,but still giving me the same error

if ya have problems installing the ocx files do the folowing:

-let windows update
-install vcredist_x86
-restart pc
-install ocx files

I installed the ocx files,i got problem with framework
