Cabal Graphic's Problem

I have a problem with the UI for Cabal when i log on the background is darker then normal, everything is faded out apart from buttons and such.

everything is really dark and i can bearly see detail some of the floor is black and other players, myself, mobs and other things around me, most of the time the floor has black holes in it

i have to no idea what this problem is, is there anyone that can shed some light on this?

please try different settings for Blur. I have this problem that small spots appear when blur is at max.

you could always change the resolution and observe what happens.
