mobile game walkthrough

Hi guys,
Have any of you played these Brain Test 2 game? It's kinda cool game, and it recently added a part called fitness with cindy, but I can't solve some levels (E.g. Some exercise), can you guys help me out?

I'd recommend looking on youtube. There's usually a load of people showing you how to complete the levels if you get stuck.
