DOS, You have any idea what can cause this issue?
Its when I try to select client, it does nothing and I get this.

One of my friend it is working fine on hes PC and he even tryed to figure out whats wrong on me.
But he as well has no idea whats wrong.

.exe must be "TwelveSky"
or you can change to your .exe name in file http/server_shm.c find "TwelveSky" >> save >> restart tcc

run cmd > cd path > run.bat
check error

You already running apache, you can't run 2 of them.
Close the one that is running.
or
Add path to the system variables

Dos said already, client needs to be named TwelveSky
Like if it is Twelvesky2.exe then needs to change in to TwelveSky2.exe
Or edit server_smh.c
