[QUESTION] STATSS

Im playing on a shaiya server right now and people are crying "fIx dEx bRoKeN dEx" like a retard. I tried to put every stat point I have to DEX and nothing seems to change.. So WTF is there to fix??? How many dex and str should I put when Im playing fighter.. Can someone help out a noob here ;__;

That's kind of a tricky question as different servers may use different formula for calculating the chance to successfully hit a target (and in fact, many do), so it largely depends and you should ask other players or the developer(s) for more insight.

My understanding is that the original formula present in the Ep4.5 server files works like this:
