Introduction:
Since a lot of players are encountering this kind of Incident
I would like to make steps Countering it,
But after the time passed by the the Creators of the Hacks wont release an MP Hack
because of the behavior of the other players known as Abusing.
Now that I remaked this thread, You can also report a Player that violates/violated some rules that are mentioned here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
Requirements:
*An Internet Connection
*An Internet Browser(Mozilla, IE etc...)
*A Brain
*Common Sense
*LU! Account
Procedure:
*When you're in Suspicion of your Enemy in PVP, Record the game.
(Record Hotkey: CTRL + 1)
*After the Round is finished, there will be a Confirmation that the Replay file has been saved.
*To confirm the name of the player/cheater, You have to go to server selection screen first.
The "Server Bar" is located at the Upper-left of your Screen.
*Then click the "Replay" Button.
*There will be a list of your saved Replay file
Which has a file extension known as ".GCR" (Which means Grand Chase Replay)
As you Notice that every replay file has different numbers written on it,
to clear things out the numbers, in my case is this "2010_ 3_ 3_14_12.GCR"
The numbers means the date and time of incidence, In this format
(2010_ 3_ 3_14_12) = (Year_Month_Date_Hour_Minute)
Therefore the Incident occurred on March 3, 2010 at exactly 2:12PM(The clock is in 24 hours format)
(Note: Not all replay files can be reviewed, because of the client updating every tuesday, so if you have a replay file that is very old you cant review it and there will be a a pop-up message that the file versions Doesn't match )
*Locate the Replay file in your Grand Chase Folder
In your Grand Chase folder, There is a folder named "Replay", Open it.
All of your Replay files will be located and saved here.
Copy the file to your Desktop to Prepare it for uploading or you can just manually go to the replay folder directory, for uploading purposes.
But before that, You should find a free file hosting site (e.g. Mediafire, Rapidshare, Megaupload, and etc.)
Now that you're done uploading it, save the link of the download page.
*Go to the Customer Support Site of the Level Up! Games here:

*After they respond, they will process your report and the status of your ticket will be located at the "In-progress" link
And if the case has been resolved, It will be automatically be transferred in the "Closed" link
*Here's a sample of a Report that a cheater has been Penalized and Proven Guilty.

I Want To Add This....
If The Replay File Has No MP Hackers, Then You Should Delete The Replay File...
And Better Separate Instantly The Reports With MP Hackers...
