v18 manual 2nd job change bug

everytime i do manual quest on 2nd job at darkon my neuz is crash, all 2nd job npc in darkon causing crash my neuz., my 1st job at flaris is working properly and also the 3rd job works correctly. only problem at 2nd job in darkon., im implementing the original changing job by doing quest in npc. this files is from ketchup v18 retail with v19 content.

im asking where i need to fix this problem? i already check the propquest.inc on resource and compair to the original v18 and v19 resource its the same,

Make sure the NPC's itself are working properly, check everything related to them (source entries, questline etc.).
You could also get a v15 version that has them working and compare the related files. (They got changed at some point during a version update, so keep that in mind but the base remains the same for every npc).
Other then that, debug might solve this much quicker.

You could also remove them and add Fast Jobchange, that wouldn't solve them but it's something more up to date.
Changing the entire Questline/ NPC to shorten the Jobchange itself while leaving out the faulty Npcs.

There are numerous ways you can go about it.
