Scammed and he didn't accepted the trade

The trade is still pending and can't give feedback about him to report as scammer.
What can i do to report , and help others to stay away from him?
My proofs will result you invalid because the trade took place via discord even if i sended him a trade request here.
I have opened a thread in the complaint area but no one answered me.
Today i am gonna report him to the police, all i have are his skype name, pugbfast profile, elitepvp profile, steam profile, can you give me more information to give them to the police?

So you can't give a feedback to anyone unless it's through elite pvp ?

I know the rules, but haven't been here long and I was unconscious in trusting him.
I asked him too if i have to buy elite gold to trade with , and he said no , "you just top up my balance and we give each other a feedback".
Are Payment receipt a valid proof?
Are E-mails from Gamemoney.com (the payment platform) that show my transaction for the scammer a valid proof?
What can i do on the trade now?
No chance to vote negative or report the trade?
Now i want only to help others to stay away from him.

You did right by posting your complaint in our complaint area. This subject does not belong into Main section.
If no staff member has answered on your case, yet - you can bump it. Bump it every 24h until you will get an answer.
