this is kind of a dumb question but would it be possible to use packet editing to temporarily change servers by capturing the packet of you going to the housing area wich is held on another server then editing the packet so when you send it youll go to another server(tarlach to ruairi, ruairi to mari,etc.) ya know

could you send the packet of you finish loading a skill and it would instantly finish loading because thatd be pretty useful for wm

Dont think so because all your info for your character is stored on that server

yea i thought thatd be it but i was just wandering because houseing is on another server

Wow... Any ideas on why the housing is not on the same server? I didn't even know that was the case. xD

I've heard it's possible to make skills load instantly for you by sending yourself a received packet, but it'd only happen on your client.

No, packet editing is used to trick the server into what is being sent from the client to the server.

ok guys learning time:
this is a cheating site yes. however this cheat is so easy to trace that nexon installed a super insta ban program on the servers that check for weird data packets. the more you send these data packets the higher chances your ip, account are flagged. normally these insta baning programs just send flags off and a gm checks it out. and its easy to tell if your packet editing. a few like 1 -10 packets every so often ok. but when you packet editing your literally sending 10-100 this is about btw.
so heres my advice to you. forget about packet editing. it was good but now its so easly traced that many people i know that use it have to make about 3 or 4 alts ever two months cause they get banned. and now with the ip banning its hard to make alts.

Aww... Just as a precaution, is it hard to make alts after being banned a few times, or do they ban you if you have too many accounts from one IP?

to many accounts under one ip. thats why you see less and less gold bots and sellers these days. and its an auto system. it tracks your ip and connects it to accounts. thats why if you get falsely banned you submit a ticket asap.

oh crap... I have 9 accounts coming from my IP. They're not all mine though. What kind of a ticket would send anyway? "Hi, you banned me falsely. I only own four of those nine accounts. Fix now, kthnx." This is an honest question.

if you got banned then you would explain the situation. otherwise no worries
