Since there is no official thread about it and all I could find was how to make a daily quest by stealing the quest from FGW (and if you talk to the NPC within 24 hours the text is blank and buggy) I have decided to share it.
Important resources :
1.How to make a quest : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (If you try to copy-paste the text it is buggy)
2.InsertQuestMenuStringList is the dialogue stem. (the text comes from here; pay attention to the part where you have to add text in the media files so the text is displayed in case the player tries to take the quest again before 24 hours have expired).
3.Fixed texts sample, find them; spoiler alert: they are at the bottom. It contains everything except the dialogue when you try to take the quest again before 24 hours have expired, add that yourself !!!!!!:

I am not giving any credits since you don't legally own the property and I will never ask for credits myself, it's pathetic.
