Darkorbit Discord ban

Hey all,

Dear players/admins,

After playing Darkorbit for more then 5 years and spending over €1.000 to this game, I asked with my main Discord account in a Turkish chat for an exploit. I know it is forbidden, but had no need to use it for Darkorbit itself (it was for another game version). Therefore my main Discord account was banned from the Discord server. Since then I had trouble to follow the latest news of Darkorbit in order to keep updated and play Darkorbit without any delays on the upcoming events.

After that i did write a ticket to the suport ingame self. According to the support they could not help me becouse they could not find my Discord adress. They also did suggest me to make up a second Discord account and join the Darkorbit server from there. I did do this, but as you know, after couple of months this begins irritating to use daily 2 different accounts, one for main things and another for following the latest news of Darkorbit. So i did decide to search for admins in Discord server itself to ask them to unban me. I did first pm all mods (I know it is not the best way) to explain my situation. I spoke with a FR moderator and warned me about pming all mods in chat, wich i totally agree too. Then this moderator was so kind to check this situation for me. According to him a Turkish admin did ban me and only an admin can unban me. He suggested me to contact the TR - BA and ask him itself.

I did follow this advice and went to the Turkish chat. I saw that a moderator was online and he was talking with other Turkish guys. So i tried to ask him if I can tell him something. After my 2 or 3 attempts to contact him, I saw that he did not mention me and talked further with the other Turkish guys. I did search a Turkish BA and found someone. Before pming to him, I did check the earlier messages with him and found out that pming him is not a problem. So I decided to pm him one message with explaining my problem, my ban reason and a request to unban me (= see message below). Unfortunately after couple minutes my second account where banned too. I dont know the reason, or the admin does like to give ban or the system automatically ban you when using some words as "exploit" and "private server".

I am looking for the Turkish BA, If he can hear my voice it would be great. If someone can help me out, I appreciate it too. I can make a 3th account, but this is not the best option and I want to solve this problem from the bottem on. There are also many more players with the same problem as me, I hope that it wont affect further players too.

The message i did sent to a TR admin (dont know exactly if it was the right one) is:
Umarim sakincasi yoktur, fakat bir ricam olacakti senden. Benim genel discord hesabim agustos'da butun darkorbit serverden banlanmisti. 5 yildir oynuyorum darkorbit'i ve ilk defa bu sayfadan bir "exploit" sordum. Maksatim zaten darkorbit icin degildi, bir baska private server icindi. O gun bir admin beni banladi. Simdik gunluk guncelere bakmak icin her defa ikinci hesabimnan bakiyorum. Darkorbit suport'a bu sorunu illettim, benim genel hesabimi bullamamislar ban liste arasi. Bir baska discord admine de bugun sordum, dediler bir admin seni banladi, ve ancak o senin banini geri ceker.

According to a moderator, an admin did ban me and only an admin can unban me. I dont know if that is true, but if you can help me it would be awesome:)

I was banned on DarkOrbit discord, when i tried to create new account i had the same problem like you.

I created new account with a VPN and the first connexion on the DarkOrbit discord was with the VPN, after the account was on the DarkOrbit discord i just turned off my VPN and since this day i can go on the DO discord with no problem, try it maybe it will work

You're the I am legendary dude right? We tried to help you but your username is weird to find.

Discord blocks your IP from registering again on the server with other accounts. If you want, make a new account using your phone data (wifi disabled, use 3G/4G/5G to have different IP) or using a VPN. this will make the trick.

However, as said, the dude who banned you was a higher rank so you have to ask that BA. He was the turkish BA so your best option if you want to get unbanned is asking on turkish forums, mentioning your Board admin and awaiting his answer.

Yeah i am that guy that asked to unban me in English chat (pming all mods) with my second account. After that i did follow the advice of a FR moderator and went to the Turkish chat to find a TR - BA admin or something near that. I saw that people did pm him earlier without having the problem of "pming a mod is not allowed". So thats why i did decide to pm the BA mod too, becouse another turkish moderator did not mention my messages, while he did talk with other turkish guys in the chat...

I did sent a pm with the situation and my ban reason explained, while asking him to unban me.. After some minutes i did notice that my second account where banned too. Is that normal? Or does the system autoban someone when using the words "exploit" and "private server" wich i gave it as the ban reason..

I did follow those steps in order to join the discord server with my second account, but unfortunately that is banned too and using 2 different accounts (one for main and another for the latest news) each day becomes really frustating :D

not sure how discord works specific.
but what if you try to change your discord name so they can find you better in the banlist?

Unfortunately darkorbit forums cant solve this problem and i did sent a new ticket to the support ingame. The support says that he cant help too somehow...

I think my last option is to find the admin who did ban me and ask him, but i dont know which TR- BA did ban me, so i cant make any progress further :(

Wouldnt be easier to just create an account with a vpn, enter the DO server and follow the announcement channel with news on your own server?

This way you have everything they post

Edit: Im pretty sure a friend can do it for you if you give him a role with the manage webhooks permission, not sure but worth a try.
