[HELP] WAMP Tutorial

Hello! I've been strugling in SETTING UP wamp for flyff website.. everytime I fix something another error occurs. I got this to work like a year ago. I added custom stuff in the website but right now that I am back, no matter how hard I try I cannot make it work! please help me this is really making my head ache now. I am using forsaken website
