4Story classic with the same patch that the officials servers have right now? The most recent version of the game?

yes, North America. Theres no EU Server :)))

There're currently a lot of articels in different languages about papaya x 4story
like, Russian, Korean, Chinese, Polish, brazil.. etc.
It will probably have the latest game version.

Quoting Iberia Record's video, they claim that the game version is the latest: "4Story The Infinite Value".

So it won't be old-school but new-school.
The only important question (for what I'm concerned) is this:

To this day, it doesn't look like they want to remove the P2W mechanic in favor of something more balanced like all PServers do. If that'll be the case, even if it's a "new global official", I hardly suggest investing time or money into it.

What about steam version?

This has nothing to do with the steam version (4Story Origin). That one has not been renewed excluding some tag changes since last April. The one published here is the same patch Global had when it closed. Another moneygrab another dead on arrival server.

Edit: about the 4Story Classic stuff. The Korean site which wrote the news first wrote "4Story, a classic MMORPG". And the geniuses that translated it and just copy-pasted it wrote about it as 4Story Classic in some pages.

There nothing classic.. mainly same like now. It will be a big disappointment for the community.
