Can you use a program to see if a cheat has some bad things in it?

Is there a program or a virus scanner for example, that lets you check if the exe or dll file has a RAT or some shit like that in it or will the program always flag it since there is things in cheats that makes the program flag that kind of stuff?

It usually will flag it.
Don't think there are many programs that have that,would be nice to see other people comment on this.
Or just reverse engineer it
