gameserver not loading

iam trying to install 2 gameservers . i did everything
from certification .. allowing tcp connections between the 2 machines and everything seems configured in a right way
my issue when opening the second gameserver at second machine it doesn't load

it loads after like 1h so what causing this delay ?

when teleporting from gameserver1 to gameserver2 the client stucks at loading screen and modules bb

note
both virtual machines using ipv4

seems like the gameserver is waiting for the connection to the agent server... its only connected to the farm and shard !

no it do connect to agent i believe it's being awaited by something related to sql so it's delayed for over an hour

the agent cord is not established only shard and farm as i can see on picture

#UP NOT FIXED :: also when i tried to put the database in a vps and modules in another one the gameserver and shardmanager takes like 2h to load what would be causing that problem!!

thanks but that not gonna help , this tool is used to spoof the ip so what the point of using it while its already spoofed my problem relatedto sql i think
