It happened to me too
The seller is a scammer, he said he would only deliver the product when the money was in his approved paypal account, I innocently agreed and released the money to him, right after that I asked him to send the product and since then he stopped answer me and did not send!

I trust these guys what are writing that he is scammer, every his positive rating is posted between few minutes, be careful.
