Int cd hack

Is it possible to make cooldown hack on int atm?
I have tried using CE 7.1 with memory browser but there's no way.

im not sure anymore but i guess it depends on the skillz you are trying to use all 3rd job skills are server side

I tried to find compares of Ice Magic and Mockery also. But it's not working as a few years ago.
