Can i open psro server in this PC?

Ryzen 5 3400G (Overclocked 4.000 Ghz)
2x8GB ram 3200 Mhz (Overclocked 1700)
Internet: 80mb (8mb upload)

My ip is dynamic but it only resets when router resets, and i never reset or shut down it. How much players can it handle?

It's not impossible but not recommended at all since you have dynamic.

Of course it can, don't worry.

It can handle a few hundred players, but let''s be honest. Unless it's something out of the ordinary, you won't have more than 50-100 players.
I don't want to be mean, but the truth is that SRO scene is kind of dead so unless you come up with something spectacular, players won't hustle.

You specified "PC". If it's your own PC, don't open it there unlesss you have no sensitive information. Not even then.

I think is both becouse it has same ip since i adquired and it was 1 week ago. It resets if i reset router manually, but i will not do that :D

:D SRO Scene was dead all the time hehe :D , devs only need to be more creative and stable.
