Multi Agent C10 Error / SMC Machine Server Status

Hello Community,

im trying to fix this C10 Error on second agent server when im running more than one Agentmodule. What i have checked and what is definitly working:

1. Certification Linking
2. Starting Service via SMC
3. No Errors at the Modules
4. Patched Correct IPs / Spoofed Agent Server
5. Correct Redirection via Packetfilter

The problem only appears on second agent server! I even tried to add a third agentserver and i can still only connect to the first agent server what is totally strange .... also i searched alot on forums and some of them wrote that multiagent is only working on windows server 2008 R2 enterprise because the files where compiled on this OS.

Also another small question is how to fix this :D :

Ensure to link your second agent with your first agent.

like i wrote the linking is not the problem the parent is connected with the child ;)

You must link first Agent to seceond Agent and the same for more agents on srNodeLink.ini then you fix the c10

i tried this many times but this is not fixing my problem and i wrote that the linking between the agents modules is not the problem or do i something wrong im really sure that the linking between them is working 100% it must be something different... but thanks for trying :handsdown:

do i have to link the agents even if i use a 2x shard server certification means:

farm -> Shard -> Agent -> etc
-> Shard -> Agent -> etc

Make sure that p_label=0 between Agents' linking

i tried both 0 and 1 and still get C10-Error on second agent :( im going to think that the second agent will only work on OS windows server 2008 enterprise ... also is the machine manager status at smc not working maybe there is someting in common why it is not working
