i tried the spoofer he was kind to provide a trial to test
sadly it didn't work for me i tried on windows version 1903
it might be just me or my ban quite hard to spoof but the guy is friendly and helpful

1903 should not be the problem :) try to use a vpn beside the spoofer. with killswitch + dns antileak.
