Unable to open NAGC

I'm a SEA player and as you know GCSEA closed in 4th April 2009 and we are forced to play other GC versions instead.
Recently, there are reports of players from my region SouthEast Asia that are restricted acess to NAGC (North America) and I am one of them.
It is not considered as a region block as region block is you are blocked from logging in but the problem is we can't even reach the login page.
And when you try clicking the grandchase icon, the "patcher intiallizing" appears for 0.5 seconds and disappears, no matter how much times i tried.

Main Problems :
1) Unable to reach login page. w/ or w/o hack
2) unable to open grandchase patcher after failed to go to login page.

Please contribute your solutions. Please note that the following solution do not work :
(Tried using Windows XP/Vista/7)

1) Disable Anti-Virus Programmes
2) Re-installing GrandChase Client

2)My friend who can login but dcs immediately upon login.

Testing out solutions :
1) Changing of IP Adress
2) Ask help from players from NA
3) Changing OS system

Other Solutions :
1) Play other GC servers (TWGC, KRGC)
2) Play private server ( IPUGC)

Wow, SEA player, whats your ign ? i am SEA player too......i am now playing TWGC with ae, sabi,cell,nub,snow,waha,icy,pure, etc...

You can access to TWGC w/o region block?

yes, ~~ just ask malaysian players to log in once for you , thats all ...then after you can log in already , i am korean player , but i played sea b4 .. so . yea

erm..i wanna play nagc..and i am a malaysian...i tried to download the patch..yeah..it finished patching..but i cant login..gc auto exit after that..when i tried to open it again,it need to redl the patch><' can someone help me with it?

well did you try re-installing it?

So are you from korea? does the way you use to play TWGC works on KRGC?

reformat your pc.. no i mean .. try the NAGC in other computers if it works .. then your pc has the problem.

HEY! EXACT SAME SCENARIO!
Here:
Keep the .dat files in the folder,
then
Del everything cept
Grandchase.exe.tmp
Grandchase.exe.tmp.tmp
image.kom.tmp

Next, Remove .tmp from all the names cept Grandchase.exe.tmp.tmp
Run GrandChase.exe
-End-
this ought to get GC launcher running then let it repatch EVERYTHING
btw u should notice that The patcher image has been changed, thats the new Gc patcher 4 u! GL HF and maybe watch some anime while patching :p it might take 2hrs...

hmm..ur lyk patching it from the start?..that'll be surely be long..
