The 9D community is the most toxic and selfish place on Earth. They'll either charge you big bucks for it and then end up scamming you or just won't share it at all. Good luck tho.

Yes, exactly as you said. I found a seller. but they give me something that can't be used. I knew I couldn't get my money back so I asked them to exchange for me a tool. and still they tricked me again, the tools cannot work. i am very disappointed hmmm
