Well it depends on if you are selling, or if you are requesting someone to make the cheat for you.
If you are selling it, i have seen most cheats go for around 13 - 20$ per day keys of usage.
However, if you are asking someone to make it for you to use privately, then you would need to fork up $600+
Making a anticheat bypass is no easy task, so that is why prices can be so high.

Resellers are often offer low prices and also day keys, but there is also mostly a big community arround. That means for you a higher risk of getting detected/banned. The average price range is arround 60$/month.
Little seller or mostly private and slotted seller offer high prices, but there you pay for quality and long term undetection (mostly!). The average price here is very variable, depending on the seller, trustfactor, last detection and more... But if you look for good quality then you should expect 100$+ or you let someone code your own private cheat. There you are arround 1-2k $ (for good work).
