Gifting Service Boom/RP Accounts - Exploit, Bug, or legit?

It was more like a fraud than exploit but unfortunately we are not allowed to share this kind of bad information on this forum.

I mean you are talking about weeks and months ago, but I remember when it was late 2019 there was that big RP "exploit" (fraud) which i think got fixed by now where you can charge up RP as like an pre-payment option (you get RP, money will taken later). Of course to prevent fraud they put in phone number verification but of course that did not stopped it. In the end the Account got banned because the RP got refunded but the gifts were still out.


Edit: I think it was late 2019 I cant remember it anymore but surely between 2019 and beginning of 2020

but there is a new method which cannot be legal

when I asked one of these sellers he said it has to do with cheap courses or something but the thing is I once bought on of these 12k rp accs and I tracked the server transfer back and it was NA

At first I imagined it was like brazil or turkey but the numbers dont match its prob some fraud payment method on NA server idk

A guy that was selling RP account's like the ones u are describing have deleted his server (idk how many members but was big) and I have seen some reports about some of his accounts charged with RP getting locked.

Illegal. Schließlich umgeht man die zeitliche Sperre von Riot und das findet Riot nicht so toll. A bit late to the party, but yeah it was fraud, chargebacks, first they bought RP on NA( maybe with stolen cards or cards that were from them and then charged back the money) I bough 2 Account with 40+ RP, my main got banned, because of the Gifts i was sending myself with that fraudelent Account, but yeah i opened a case on epvpe, never saw the money back and the Author is probably on a new Account on EPVP and also he has many People that work with him, reselling for him, i was not the only one getting banned and lost all the skins.

BTW when u logged into the Account from which u were gifting ( The one the Author sold to you) It was banned and it said Chargeback, so it has something to do with that, dont know exactly what it is stoled cards or own credit card, just my quess.

You do a brazilian account or any other low currency, buy rp in masses and swap to euw/na where you can sell/gift the stuff expensive.
That's my opinion why server changes are forbidden for more than a half year now.
