Speaking from experience... I wouldn't let that man access to your server unless you want to have it sabotaged or the code stolen whenever he doesn't like you...

You mean commits that are mainly composed out of "fixed something I've added a few seconds ago".
Here is an example: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

So he works full time in the other private server team? Think twice before giving this guy all of your source code as the best stuff from it will surely find its way to NosWings.

My recommendation: Stay away from this dude and invest the money you save in a C# course so you can fix the stuff by yourself.

Speaking from experience ? Did you even work with Quarry as a developer within your team ? How many years ago ?

Quarry has been formed within NosWings team, we are the technical leaders of the scene, accept it or not, someone that does some Minecraft plugins and never worked on high performance production can not understand what we are doing

Do you know what is code refactoring ?
Quarry moved that battle system to a new pattern to improve performance, reduce the multithreading issue and add more immutability.

So what, he explicitely says that he needs some temporary money that NosWings can not bring him because we are still under development, what is the problem in that ?

Better do not talk about things you don't know, OpenNos & WingsEmu's code are completely incompatible.
WingsEmu runs right now on .NET Core 3.1 and is moving to .NET 5 soon.

We chose to have an event loop ECS (entity component system) on WingsEmu, OpenNos use badly designed OOP code.
Also, because you are talking about something you don't know, we wrote an entire emulator, as complete if not more (except raids, it's much more) as OpenNos is, except that we have ~ 12 microservices running + the GameServers.

Anyone who tested our server (Closed Beta testers) can confirm that our server gameplay is incomparable to OpenNos' typical gameplay, for one reason, OpenNos is full of failures in its retro-engineering process, which we solved by ourselves.

Unless you have some proofs (which you will never have because Quarry does his job without willing to SCAM anyone) except an out-of-context screen of our commit logs, don't talk, mister bullshit

Quarry has been in our team for a few years, where he was partly responsible for community management (what btw. he could handle more or less) and also testing our core server. Everything was fine, but when we got into argument one day he disappeared, blocked me, sabotaged our TeamSpeak server and then bragged to our mutual friends about having my whole codebase and a database dump. He even asked my friends what can he safely do with this database dump. Oh man.

I assume you are speaking from experience, so I'm gonna ask: Did you even work with ZaKuHD as a developer within your team? How many years ago?

There is no problem. We wanted just to give out our opinion on Quarry as a person. Nothing more. And you are now crying like a little baby... I quite don't understand why.

What was that for exactly? And how does it relate to the topic?

I think this is kind of pointless at this point because this is public knowledge, but I can easily provide you with solid proof that both me and ZaKuHD worked with Quarry and much more (e.g. message logs where he was asking my friend what should he do with my database dump mentioned above).

Next time, please let your team member speak by himself.

And speaking of him, I also do not recommend his services.

I ask Quarry about some packets and he answer me. but i dont have any experience about his code etc.

I've worked with Quarry long time ago and it's a really good/kind person.
He was working hard to improve his competences and he was doing a good job despite the fact that he was still a beginner.

Atm he is working for NosWings and in my opinion if he is able to work on such project which is much more technically advanced than any opennos server, so no doubt he can meet your needs if you're working on an OpenNos based server.

And to all these haters talking about commit history, looks like you never heard about code refactoring and that's probably the reason why you're still running on OpenNos public sources.
