[HELP!] Auth Server

Hi, I was Wondering if any one knows how this auth server commands works :
billing_notify

i know it's arguamnets

billing_notify blank account_id

but when i put it nothing happens

and it suppose to send notice client

It notifies the client of cash shop purchase.

yes i know but i doesn't work ...

can you figure out how to make it work ?

Did you capture the traffic and verify that the client doesn't receive TS_AG_ITEM_PURCHASED packet?
