Opening cases with inventory changer [HELP]

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to basically give myself fake cases and be able to open them. (obviously not real cases that show up in live inventory on Steam).

Don't ask me why, I simply want it. I could also pay for it, I don't really care. As long as I can open any case I want. So if you know anyone or anything that lets me do this just shoot me a message!

Hello there. I have a question about the containers we receive on Steam.
How can I open them? They all seem to need keys to be opened and the key must be bought via cash. Is there anyone to open'em without cash?
