i bought it, said it was a drop from vanguard quests but im fairly certain it is a glitch item +2 doesnt drop in pre and the only chance it ever could have was the first few hours after the vanguard patch before it was hotfixedQuote:

no +2s did drop along time ago before glitch even. I have a +2 strength from the same era
