[help] shop not working

hello ! everybody i have a probleme in the shop
1 i have restored database of biling.bak sucssesfuly
2 i have edit with my informations SQL localhost in the file db_config.php

$ host "127.0.0.1"
$ user "sa"
$ pass "root"

when i connect the client and open shop store and put username and password of account
he give me this error message
any one give me a solution plz ... and thanks

Whats on line 7?

Maybe take a look at the syntax?

post the line 7 from dbconfig.php
then we can help you
