change dialog npc

Hello ! I just have a question. I would like to know how to modify or add the dialogs of an npc when you click on it. Do i have to use software to open a certain file? If you want edit you can in this file: _code_LANG_npctalk.txt in NSlangData.NOS

You can modify this in NSgtdData, inside npctalk.dat.
