LF PVE Server w/ some features

Hello guys,
looking for PVE server with high SOX Drop rates but no Auto EQ no SOX in NPC.
Free Silk and i dont mean vote for silk/silk per hour i mean really Free Silk.

I am not the only one who is looking for a server with features like that.
