My problem is that Im not from Turkey and I am unable to add RP from riot, also all websites that I got on don't accept paypal, some of them do accept skrill but I don't have account on it.

Wait, if you got PayPal just buy it directly from LoL Client? since TR Server you can buy with PayPal.

Ye but the problem is Im somehow unable to do it bcs of being from another country.
