HWID Ban

Bascially i bought and used neutron.gg for 1 day and got insta banned, used their spoofed so after i got banned i reset my windows and i could play fine, but 2 days later now im getting kicked after 2-5 minutes with the message "You were removed from the match due to internet lag, VPN, or cheating." What could be the issue that is making the game kick me out?

Your IP address is probably banned as well, if you change your ip address and keep getting banned, probably the neutron.gg spoofer didnt work very well (which is very possible since neutron is not very known for quality)

I'm pretty sure something in your PC triggers Fortnite AC, you need to find a spoofer which spoofs hardware and network IDs to play again.
