i'm planning to buy a new motherboard ram ssd and build new pc and i will plug in my cpu again

Most likely CPU/Motherboard but its quite hard to specify what.
Best is to buy a new PC :D

Buy a spoofer... there are many working spoofer now.

this, since they work in Ring0 already. i would just buy a complete new computer
