Safe trade limit by level

Hello guys,
About safe trade count, Can it be limited by level?
E.g: If the trader level < 30 it can have safe trade when buying 1* goods but if the trader level > 30 there will no more safe trade.

It could be, you need to check GS & Client with hexeditor

Check table _CharTrijobSafeTrade
Reset to 0 on character need this.
