Help team chats or something

hi i am the owner of a server and i was wondering if there was something like team speak but free that me and my team can just connect and talk FREE<--
it would e great! :)
and i want it something like were people don't have to add people as friends...
just connect switch rooms :)

free as in i dont have to pay for it....
msn u can only talk to one person at a time... i have dubly axon buti dont like the fact that u have to add people to ur friends list... i want something like team speak where u connect and see everything on in what rom there in and all that... but i have no money so i cant really do anyhting that costs money... u know?
