Security Issue

Hello everyone,

I started my very first moments of online trading here at elitePVPers like 3 years ago and maybe a bit more, like a 3 years and a half!

I always respected this platform and went along its rules. Always respected my customers, was legit with my orders and never tried to even scam a dollar.

It's been more than 5 months that there is a turkish scammer among the black market in the Hearthstone section if not in others as well.

I've personally reported him a thousand times along with some other people for scamming people's money and using methods like ''carding'' etc.

The result was he got banned on 2 accounts (temporarly and then permanently) and him making new accounts over and over again to advertise THE SAME thing! His posts and threads are all alike! I still report them but nothing!

Where is elitePVPer's security against scammers?

I've also talked to some moderators around here on Discord and I ended up being blocked lol They said they can't do anything haha

It's so easy to spot a scammer who is CONSTANTLY making new accounts and scams people!

The point here is that everyone loses but the scammer! The platform loses trust, I and the rest sellers lose customers and the potential customers lose money.
We have no protection against scammers as I see and it's really sad because it's really easy to just ban him whenever he appears with a new account selling the very same item on the very same prices :)

I hope elitePVPers will rise again as it used to be, an active forum full of legit people!

Sincerely yours,

Please report this and any other user scamming in our Complaint Area. Please also give any evidence you got to keep it as easy as possible for us to make a decision.

Thank you.

I've done it already, months ago, and nothing :) I don't care anymore, you lose your trust as a platform, I have returning and loyal customers.

It doesn't work that way, you can't report a thread with contents like "it's the new account from BTC_Daddy, ban him". Create a complaint area ticket for each account and include some evidence, otherwise we're unable to do anything, which should be obvious. Or should we ban your account if someone tells us that you are BTC_Daddy?
