the chances of getting pms weapons are VERY low. u will have to run through mana valley continuously until u start getting them. persevere.
to give u an idea: i spent my remaining 71 million exp running through mana valley to level up and to get mana weapons without queens' jewel and gc club. when i finally reached 65 i only got 3 mana weapons. u do the math.
