I dont think you can, because im sure if someone figured out how to instakill people using ingame abilities then im sure it would be applied to guns. And probably would be detected pretty fast.
I really dont think he/she got one shotted with the slam hack. Seems like someone is exaggerating a bit much. Must be a kid.
