Anyway here is a suggestion to solve your problem:
Use the original client, also original media pk2. Try to update by clicking several times on Div1/Div2 .. after hopefully few tries your client will be updated to 1.162.
Curent cSro vers: 1.162
Client can only update from 1.160 to 1.162, to get your client from earlier versions to 1.160, use the patcher from main HP of cSro (i.E.: 1.157 to 1.160 only possible through this patcher).
€: If still not working, use a chinese Proxy, many ppl said it works without problems along with a proxy!
