That's a guy who stole a clip I posted in my Discord earlier and used it for his fake thread. He is not a reseller of mine and is probably trying to rip peoples money off. He is using a single clip of my video for his fake advertising, because I later uploaded the whole video with my logo in it.

We are not a memory cheat provider. To make an ESP work you'll have to get the games offsets from memory. In other words, you need to actively hack the game to make that work, which we won't do since we focus on low-risk cheats.
