WarRock Pserver

Dear players,

the fact that WarRock hasn’t more than 890 players daily is very hard.
In this case i would like to make a poll... are you interested to play on a serious private server without laggs, cheats and ovc and with old chapter files ?

The idea is like WarRock. Free 2 play with a functional clan system!

i would play too but i think thats not possible in 2020 to make a p-server with 1k+ players

I would play, but you have no chance to get 1k player.
You can be happy if you will get 10 players online at the same time :P

That’s the point. We think about to make our own client and own server. It’s since many month in progress, we have the original wr source code...

There is already Warrock Montana that is using the old Philippines Warrock client (so no lag, max FPS), no OVC too I think and weapons balanced and nice smooth item shop, but no one is playing it, maybe few players join every month 1 at a time asking if anyone is online and no one is and they are gone lol.

When Japan warrock died few years ago the Japanese joined there all together with like 100 players and they had decent activity for a while, so if Papaya WR dies then people could join there and continue playing, basically I dont think WR will ever fully die, hell if Papaya WR fails and DE discontinues Warrock, the private servers like Montana could get more popular than what Papaya is now.

Anyway so I think there is no need to make a new private server unless you are really good and you can do something unique, like maybe new maps/map creator (I'd really love to make custom maps but none of the people who have map creator are willing to share it..)

I would pay for a private warrock esl server 1-4 slot only

As you can see there are oldshool and newshool kinda people,
as someone who has experience in other pserver scenes, my best tip is to go international.
Offer the client in different languages (english, turkish, german, french, spanish, etc), create custom game modes that the community always wanted, not only class and slot based rooms, also weapon class and networking latency based ones.
Fix existing problems and add features, there are people in this forum who got the binary source, you might have to invest a little bit to get it.
