does getting an account with 600+ hours help not get banned?

i normally get banned after blatantly killing about 5 players, would i not be banned with a high hour account or would this be the same?

30 hours on a fresh account started from 0 hours, also using the most public cheat rn, FP Rust

i dont believe hours matter to cerebus ... but they do to the kids f7in you.

They help when ppl check your Steamprofile, but i doubt it changes anything in regard of Cerberus

Same IP? Cerberus bans you way quicker if you play on previously banned IP's.
Also Accounts with hours don't effect you too much , but still its better to cheat with accounts that have REAL gametime, and with better account , i.e. more games , higher steamlevel , basically anything that makes you look like youre a real account , level 0 , 0 hrs in 2 weeks , brand new profile , results in a much quicker ban then usual, but theres a lot more that affects it too and account stats dont fully matter.

Any suggestions on good vpn? I cannot change my ip due to ISP not allowing it.
