Steam Changing Region - Error?

Hey,

i just want to change my steam location to an other country, but everytime if i am doing it steam is telling me "Can't change the current country, please try again later". Did they fixed something to do a region change?

If u have change ur Shop Region and buy the Game u cant change ur Shopregion for 2 Weeks.
